Pro Silva Europe Annual Meeting in the Czech Republic

 

Lucie Vítková (EFICENT) attended Pro Silva Europe Annual Meeting that took place in the Czech Republic (17-20th September 2015).

Pro Silva Europe is an organisation that brings forestry professionals across the European continent together to promote and discuss close-to-nature forest management principles. Such principles are important for diversifying forest structure and species composition that results in an enhancement of biodiversity and aesthetic values.

Lucie promoted EFICENT’s ongoing projects (especially INTEGRATE+ and INVASIVES) and related activities to the Meeting participants that came from all around Europe as well as from overseas (India and USA). Lucie also managed to expand the network of contacts that is crucial for future collaborative work.
