BMEL informs about Integrate+ on their website


 

The Integrate+ project, led by EFI, is implemented for the German Federal Ministry of Agriculture (BMEL).

BMEL has informed on Integrate+ on their website under the section ‘European Collaboration’. The article highlights the importance of integrating nature protection into sustainably managed forests. Integrate+ is designed as a trainings and demonstration project for sensitizing forest practitioners for valuable micro-habitat structures and how they can be preserved and embedded in forest management. With its activities the project aims to contribute to the targets of halting the loss of biodiversity goals in Europe. For more details, consult the BMEL website (in German language):
